Meet Our Senior Pastors

Louis and Nicole Wallace are the founding Senior Pastors of Jesus Center Community Church. Married in 2007, they are blessed to be parents to William, Evan, Briella, Serenity, Emberlee, and Avalynn, who now worships Jesus face to face. Their family's story has been shaped by God's faithfulness through seasons of ministry, loss, adoption, restoration, and stepping out in faith. After more than two decades of serving in ministry and leadership throughout Northern California, they sensed God calling them to step out in faith and build a Jesus-centered community where people are welcomed, transformed by the love of Jesus, and equipped to impact the world around them.

Louis Wallace Jr.

Founding Senior Pastor

Louis Wallace Jr. is the Founder, President, and Senior Pastor of Jesus Center Community Church. Born and raised in Oroville, California, Louis' life is a testimony to the transforming power, grace, and faithfulness of Jesus Christ.
After overcoming a difficult upbringing and years of addiction, Louis encountered Jesus in 2004 while attending a faith-based residential recovery program. That life-changing encounter completely redirected the course of his life and awakened a passion to help others experience the same hope, freedom, and restoration he found in Jesus. Since then, he has spent more than two decades serving in ministry, leadership, discipleship, and community outreach, helping people discover that no life is beyond God's reach.

Louis has served in a variety of ministry roles at The Father's House Church in Oroville. He has completed ministry training through a Leadership School of Ministry in Toronto, Canada, and the School of Transformation in Oroville, California. He is currently pursuing a Degree in Divinity as part of his commitment to lifelong learning and spiritual growth.

In addition to ministry, Louis serves as President and CEO of Avalynn's Hope Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting families facing pediatric cancer, medical crises, and disability.

Through the loss of their daughter Avalynn, the journey of foster care and adoption, and being reunited with his two sons after more than two decades apart, Louis has witnessed God's faithfulness through every season. These experiences have shaped his deep compassion for people and strengthened his belief that Jesus can redeem even the most broken circumstances.

Today, Louis leads with a passion to help people encounter Jesus, find healing, discover their purpose, and walk confidently in the life Jesus has called them to live. His heart is to build a church where Jesus is truly at the center, people are transformed by His presence, and every person knows they are loved, valued, and called by God.
